2015 Tesmec 1475 with 3500 digging hours and 6600 engine hours. The trencher has a 4.3 meter boom (14’) and digging plates cutting 1.1 meter (42”) wide.

As we come from the field of pipeline construction our refurbishment process is very thorough with a focus on product improvement. We started with a very good base with this machine as it had been very well maintained with genuine parts and extremely well greased. The digging chain, boom and drive sprockets are all in 70% plus condition. TESMEC 1475

As added precautions we have carried out oil samples on all oil compartments (Engine, Funk Box, Hydraulic, Final Drives, Gearbox Drives) to ensure peace of mind for both seller and buyer. This gives a good overview of what cannot be seen. We have also carried out paint enhancements and a complete overhaul of the cabin interior with our signature MHJ upgrade. This includes stripping the whole interior back to the bare walls and starting with a special sound deadening material that keeps noise, heat and vibrations down for the operator. On top of this goes a closed cell foam and finally a decorative, hard wearing vinyl material along with a full overhaul of the seat with new foams and materials and finally a new floor mat with sound deadening material under.
